Order Processing and Shipping

My Store processes all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping generally takes 7-12 business days, based on your shipping location and the method selected at checkout.

We retain the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order. Reasons for this include, but are not limited to, inventory shortages, pricing errors, payment verification problems, or suspicions of fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment options available on our website. By placing an order with My Store, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method chosen and that all payment details you provide are accurate and complete.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and reflect your shipping address and the shipping method you select. The total shipping cost will be presented before you finalize your order.

Returns and Refunds

You may return most products purchased from My Store within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at anejhans78@gmail.com with your order information.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Order Cancellations

Orders placed can be canceled within 24 hours. To cancel, contact us promptly at anejhans78@gmail.com. After this 24-hour window, your order may have been processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
